Poomani Govender I watch the production and ensure that we meet our targets and deadlines. I also ensure everything runs smoothly in this department.
Vaneshree Sukhram I am the Main Leading Hand in the production area. I also do quality control and assist with the making of samples.
Amina Hlongwane I work closely with Mrs Maytham and make new samples. I also assist with Quality Control.
Vanessa Richards I train our staff and develop new methods where possible. I am responsible for Health and Hygiene and our H.A.C.C.P. I am also responsible for Quality Control and demonstrate at international shows.
Alvin Naidoo I look after the equipment and am responsible for the ordering and control of the equipment stock. I ensure that your orders are processed speedily.
The Front Line
Wendy Neill I am the pivot point in the office. I deal with all correspondence and look after the directors Neil and Jill. I also manage the HACCP files.
Santhasha Sookdoe At the front of JEM, I am the receptionist. I answer all your calls and make sure that your requirements are seen to. I also help Priscilla with the accounts
Krishnie Rabikissoon I assist with sales and administration. I make sure that your requirements are seen to. I also assist Priscilla with the accounts
Priscilla Gopal I manage the front office, receive all the orders and convert them into Works orders. Invoice - Debtors control and ALL the paperwork for export orders. I am also responsible for paying all our accounts.
Malvern Chiwese I try to ensure that we have all our stock in time. I check the invoices and deal with the creditors list. I am also a back-up for Santhasha.
